Hants Mega Meet with East Sussex Scoobies - May 15th

This meet is to co-incide with the East Sussex Scooby crew's long weekend at Sandy Balls Camp site. Simon (Buzz Blaber) has asked me to recommend a suitable venue for a big meet on the Sunday which can cater for 100+ cars.

The meet will be at the Wyke Down pub in Andover on Sunday 15th May starting at 11am (tbc) - pub closes at 4pm and they serve good food, etc.

They have massive car park with more accessible off-road parking if needed - they can accomodate up to 1000 cars and are used for various car club meets.

The location is central and easily accessible from all around - hopefully we'll be joined by groups from Reading, Swindon, Oxford, etc. The more the merrier. Essex Scooby Crew - get your arses over here too

Charity Auction for Multiple Sclerosis Society.

We shall be holding a Auction at the Wyke Down Pub at 3.00 in the afternoon all proceeds for the chairty.

We shall be Auctioning:
Subaru tuning and parts
Subaru merchandise (hats, T-shirts, etc)
And anything else we can lay our hands on!!

The meet and auction is open to all. Though I expect the Subaru enthusiasts may try to out bid anyone!

I am waiting for scooby Magazine to conferm with me if thay are joining us for the day.

i got £150 parking sensor Kit for the auction of my alarm man (well shocked) people are being so generous, scooby prints, service stuff, merchandise lots that is top secret and are unique. still havent contacted xtreme scoobies or sidc yet so this will be promising

Wykedown pub has said that if we want to phone and book lunch at a certain time it is posible i am to eat at 1 oclock (nice roast beef i here) or jacket potato etc.
the Pub can be very busy in good weather so please do not expect 10 people to be feed at once with out notice kitchen closes at 2.00 ish
