Change fog light bulbs

Just noticed one of my fogs has blown and i have no manual.
Is it an easy job that can be done in Halfords car park?????
Its an 1999 jap sti ******

If its a front fog then its a case of a 10mm socket with extension and undo the three bolts holding the fog lamp in place, slip a new bulb in and re-fit
