Rough price please

Got my eye on a new car

It's been sitting for a year, so will need a bit of tlc

It's a 2003 Mercedes S500

How much for a quick detail?

All depends if the scoob goes shortly

Depends what you mean a 'quick detail'

I would recommend going for the full hog as its bound to have swirls and scratches and it will give you perfect base to start a fresh with just like having a new car.

If/when you get the car send me a few pics then I can suggest what will be best for it.

Mate, wrong forum I know but having had a '00 S320 and a '54 S500L I would recommend you go for the facelifted one (around 53/04) - the one with the widescreen command unit and the different brakelights (got ridges on them). The 99-03 S classes suffered terribly with all sorts of electrical faults and RUST !!!

Fantastic cars though for the money !!

Rich

Can't argue with that.

If it's got a full MBZ approved service history then any rust should be covered for it's lifetime in case you didn't know.
