carpet mats
bit of an odd one: i was recently told that the mats could be replaced under warranty. i'm thinking it is fairly ludicrous as it is surely wear and tear?!
please could you confirm if this is the case as i have a hole in mine |

wear and tear is not covered under warranty. the only time we have been able to get a claim is when the seam (stiching at sides) has fallen apart.
